There is quite a lot of debate about the best health supplement in the world, and fish oil is starting to show to beat the others when it comes to proven health benefits. Since fish oil is mainly fat from fish you are going to get some long lasting energy from your daily dose. You are not only going to benefit from the actual energy, but since it also slows the absorption of carbohydrates and levels up your blood sugar, you are going to avoid those low blood sugar moments during the day, which cause tiredness.
Brain functions are going to get better
Most of us don't know that our brain is mainly formed of nerve tissue and fats.
